To Customize the Floating Dashboard and the Tool Gallery
1. Click
File >
Options. The
Creo Direct Options dialog box opens.
2. Click Customize Tools. The customization options appear.
3. From the Choose tool from list, select an option depending on whether you want to customize the tools on the Home, View, or the Tools tab. The tools on the selected tab appear in the area below the list.
4. Click a tool to view its customization options on the right.
5. Select from the following options for customizing the floating dashboard and the tool gallery:
◦ In the Gallery area, the favorite and the default templates appear for the selected tool. Click a template and then click the following buttons to modify the template:
▪ Set as Default Template—Sets the template as the default.
◦ To restore the default settings, select an option from the Customization list:
▪ Restore selected gallery only—Restores the default settings for the selected template of a tool.
▪ Restore all galleries—Restores the default settings for the templates of all the tools that you have modified.
6. Click Import/Export and select an option to export all the galleries or to import a customization file.
7. Click OK.
