To Define the Grid Spacing and Orientation

1. Click View >

Grid. The Grid Settings dialog box opens.

2. Select Dynamic or Static for the grid spacing.

If you select Static, keep the default values or type new values in the X Spacing and Y Spacing boxes.

In 2D mode, if you select Dynamic, the grid spacing is adjusted automatically, depending on the zoom factor.

3. Set the grid orientation by selecting an origin and specifying a grid angle. Alternatively, click

on the Graphics toolbar to align the grid.

4. Click OK.
