Using Compliance Tools
Audit
Under Compliance  Audit, the View audit messages for package option allows you to select a package, and then filter the audit messages based on the following criteria from the Audit By Package page:
  • Deployed By—The user that deployed the package
  • Started Between—When the deployment started/completed
  • Asset Name—The asset that the package was sent to
  • Status—The status of the deployment
The following information is available for each message in the Deployments list:
Column
Description
Timestamp
The user that last updated or deployed the package.
User
The date and time that the audit message was created.
Name
The name of the package to which the message pertains.
Status
The current status of the package.
Message
The information sent about this package.
Purge
Under Compliance  PURGE, the following options allow you to purge software deployments from remote assets to remove unwanted data and information:

The information will also be removed from all history graphs in the dashboard.
 
  • Purge Deployments by Criteria—use deployment criteria to filter the list of deployments to select deployments to purge.
  • Purge Deployments by Asset—select an asset for which you want to purge deployments.
  • Purge Deployments by Asset Search—use pre-defined asset searches to specify which assets will be included in the purge and which will not.
