Removing Universal Access
In ThingWorx , the default Everyone organization allows all users to see everything. Use the following steps to change the default permissions:
  1. In ThingWorx Composer, click Organizations under SECURITY.

  2. Click Everyone, and then Organization under ENTITY INFORMATION.
  3. Note that the Users user group is a member of the Everyone organization. Since all users are members of the Users group, and Everyone is the default organization, this is effectively a universal access permission. Remove the Users group from Everyone by clicking Image next to Users in the Members list.
  4. Click Save.
