Creating User Groups and Assigning Users
Create two users groups, for example, “PackageManagers” and “DeploymentManagers”. These user groups are used to specify the following types of users for the ThingWorx Software Content Management application:
  • PackageManagers—Users that can create and test packages.
  • DeploymentManagers—Users that can perform production deployments.
 Note
These steps assume that you have already created users that should be assigned to these groups.
 
  1. In ThingWorx Composer, under SECURITY, click the plus sign next to User Groups.
  2. Enter PackageManagers in the Name field. Click Save.
  3. Click Edit Members on the Members in Group page.
