Modifying the Default ThingWorx Remote Access and Control Application Mashups
  1. Before customizing the mashups, backup your ThingworxStorage directory.
  2. In ThingWorx Composer, edit your mashups as needed.
  3. Tag your changed mashups with a unique tag to be used for export later.
  4. To export the changed mashups, go to Import/Export  ▶ To File.
  5. In the Export to File window, use Model Tags field to enter the tag for the mashups to export.
  6. Click Export.
  7. Now you can import the application with your changes onto a different machine by following the standard installation instructions.
  8. Overlay your changes on top of the default installation by going to Import ▶ From File.
  9. Select the radio button next to Entities.
  10. Click Choose File and select your exported file.
  11. Click Import.
