Logo Rules of Use

PTC Logos (hereafter "Logos") must always be used and reproduced in accordance with the applicable Logo Usage Guidelines provided by the Brand Steward. Logos may only be reproduced from approved artwork and may not be recreated by any other means or in any other form or altered in any way, including the use of unapproved tag lines, abbreviations or translations.

Logos must include the ® Symbol as shown in the Logo Usage Guidelines.

Logos may not be combined with any other symbols (except the ® trademark symbol), including words, other logos, icons, graphics, photos, slogans, numbers, or other design elements.

Logos may only be used in connection with products or services that are offered in connection with the particular PTC Program under which Logo rights are granted. Logos may not be used or included in or with any non-PTC related materials, including products or services provided by a third party.

Logos should not be used in a manner that could cause confusion as to the ultimate source of products or services offered by you or possibly suggest PTC co-branding or joint sponsorship.

The Size of Logos may be no larger than 144 pixels wide and no smaller than 80 pixels wide when used, with PTC prior consent, on a web site.

Logos must always appear with your company name and logo and, when used on product materials, your product name must prominently appear on those or related materials. On all materials, Logos must be less prominent (in both size and location) than your company name, logo, product name, trademark, and/or tradename. The overall appearance of your materials that contain Logos must not be susceptible to PTC being mistakenly identified as the source of the materials themselves, or the goods/services being described therein.
