Benefits and Description
Plans can be created in a PDMLink Product to manage, schedule and sequence work activities the same way they can be used in a ProjectLink Project with the added benefit of using the existing Product Team, Content and Access Controls. Plans support the creation of sequenced Activities, Milestones and Deliverables to plan and track required work for a given process. Like Project Plans, they support Task and Resource assignment to distribute work amongst team members and required resources. Once established, Plan items can be added the timeline for quick and easy visualization along with viewing the fully sequenced plan in the Gantt viewer.
