Benefits and Description
With shape-based selection you can quickly identify and select geometry based on shape principles. You can identify geometry as bosses, cuts and rounds. To make multiple shape selections use the CTRL key. Each geometry type has a secondary option to select neighboring geometry. Shape-based selections are retained and updated to changing geometry. You can use a selected set of geometry in any flexible modeling feature.
