Benefits and Description
The Windchill Gateway for Creo Elements/Direct Model Manager publishes masterdata (parts with numbers requested from Windchill), standard schema attributes, custom attributes, BOM structure, Creo View data (created in Creo Elements/Direct), and optional attachments in other data formats from Creo Elements/Direct Model Manager to Windchill PDMLink (unidirectional).
In Windchill it creates or updates parts with attribute and BOM structure as well as CAD documents with attributes and Creo View representations for 2D drawings and 3D Models (but not the native Drafting or Modeling CAD data).
The Windchill Gateway for Creo Elements/Direct Model Manager supports users who want to use Creo Elements/Direct Model Manager for their work-in-progress data management of Creo Elements/Direct CAD and also benefit from enterprise product development processes in their Windchill PLM system.
The Windchill Gateway for Creo Elements/Direct Model Manager now works with Creo Elements/Direct Model Manager 18.0 M010 and Windchill 10.0 M020.
