You can constrain a curve endpoint Normal to an edge or a curve.

Benefits and Description

You can constrain a curve to be normal to an edge. This forces the curve to always connect normal to the attached edge or curve. For a COS this is a primary constraint. For a free curve this is added as a secondary constraint.
