  • PTC Windchill PDM Essentials Upgrade to a New Release or Move Up to PTC Windchill PDMLink
    PTC Windchill PDM Essentials 10.1 upgrade to PTC Windchill PDM Essentials 10.2 M010 is supported. At 10.2 M010, PTC Windchill PDM Essentials can also be moved up to PTC Windchill PDMLink through a PTC Windchill PDMLink install on the same system where PDM Essentials is installed.
  • Enabling Group Edit from Administrative Utilities
    In PTC Windchill 10.2, the Edit Group action is available from an information page launched from the Teams table as well as from the Organization > Groups table.

    PTC Windchill 10.2 contains a security update to prevent malicious OS file command injections for the command used to start workers.
  • Universal Upload
    When working with PTC Creo 2.0 or PTC Windchill Workgroup Manager 10.2, the PTC Windchill 10.2 Upload action in the workspace has been expanded. This expansion increases the number of states for which CAD content can be uploaded from the client-side workspace to the server-side workspace. These states include local modifications that are not checked out and CAD documents that have duplicate filenames.
  • Workspace Refresh and Synchronize Actions
    When working with PTC Creo 2.0 or PTC Windchill Workgroup Manager 10.2, the PTC Windchill 10.2 workspace refresh and synchronize actions are more efficient. This enhancement results in improved performance and responsiveness of these two actions.
