    PTC System Monitor for Windchill 10.1
    The PTC System Monitor (PSM) is a major new separately installed module in the PTC Product Development System (PDS) that provides system administrators with state-of-the-art tools to detect, diagnose and repair problems impacting the operational health of their PLM solutions. The PSM module works to monitor both test and production systems and can be used without concern of performance impact. In the 10.1 timeframe this module is becoming generally available to all maintenance paying customers and is also compatible with all maintenance releases of Windchill 9.1 and 10.0.
